RIDE offers free cancelation period up to 48 hours prior to your reservation start time. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be a charged a cancelation fee, which will be 25% of the reservation cost. No shows will be charged their entire reservation with no refunds and early returns do not receive refunds.

RIDE offers a seamless, contactless car rental experience through web app. Simply browse available vehicles, select your dates, make a reservation with a 20% deposit, and receive digital access to your vehicle on the pickup date and instructions. All instructions will be sent via email to you.

You’ll need to be 18 or older, have a valid driver’s license, and a major credit or debit card. Our platform verifies these documents digitally for a hassle-free experience.

Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before pickup. Free cancelation 48 hours before the start of your reservation.

After completing your reservation, you’ll receive detailed instructions via email. Using our mobile app (coming soon), you’ll perform a quick vehicle inspection, sign digitally, and unlock your vehicle – all without needing to visit a rental counter.

RIDE provides various insurance coverage options starting at $25,000, with higher tiers available. Coverage details and pricing will be presented during the booking process. Coverage may differ based on pickup location.

Yes, we offer a “pay as you go” toll package and an unlimited one. These can be added during the booking process.

Coming Soon! Vehicle owners can join our host program through our website. We offer different tiers – Basic (1-2 vehicles), Standard (3-10 vehicles), and Elite (10+ vehicles), each with unique benefits and commission structures. Hosts receive weekly payments every Friday for rentals completed between Thursday of the prior week and Wednesday of the current week.

RIDE provides 24/7 customer support through our AI-powered chatbot and dedicated support team. If you need immediate help during your reservation, contact your host.

Reservations can be modified through your account on our website or mobile app (coming soon).
